We understand that plans can change, which is why we've crafted a clear and fair cancellation policy.

✦ Standard Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before your booking: Full refund minus any applicable payment processing fees.
  • Between 72 to 48 hours before your booking: 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before your booking: No refund will be provided, but we offer the flexibility to reschedule to a new available date within the next 30 days

✦ Weather-Related Cancellations

If unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen natural events cause us to cancel your booking:

  • We'll notify you as soon as the decision is made.
  • You'll have the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to another available date.

✦ No-shows

If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice:

  • No refund will be provided.
  • Rescheduling will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

✦ Group Bookings & Special Events

For larger group bookings or special events:

  • A separate cancellation policy may apply, which will be shared at the time of booking.
